Dogs and cats, just like humans, need regular check-ups. Most pets should get a routine exam at least once per year. We recommend an exam every 6 months for senior pets and pets with chronic medical conditions.
During these check-ups, our veterinary team conducts a full physical exam, ensures that your pet is up-to-date on vaccinations, and can complete routine lab work and address any other health concerns, including dietary or behavioral questions, you might have.
Our animal companions often aren’t able to show us when they are sick or in pain. Regular exams are the best way to prevent or detect diseases or illnesses that can impair your pet’s quality of life if left unchecked.
