The Academy for Dog Trainers

The Academy for Dog Trainers celebrates its 10-year anniversary thanks to the SFSPCA’s support and investment. The SFSPCA applauds Jean Donaldson, Janis Bradley, and the Academy team for the impact they have had on the lives of tens of thousands of animals across the U.S. and internationally over the last decade. The Academy for Dog Trainers and its pioneering, comprehensive education to dog trainers, behavior counselors and other companion dog professionals, and the general public has trained hundreds of trainers from around the world. More importantly, it has helped tens of thousands of dogs in homes and in shelters who have benefited from positive reinforcement training and inspired many generations of animal lovers.
