Routine and Complex Surgeries

Some common surgeries we are able to do include:

• Abscess and wound repair
• Cruciate repair, using the latest techniques of Tightrope® and Fiberwire®
• Femoral Head Ostectomy (FHO)
• Fracture repair
• Patellar luxation repair
• Exploratory surgery
• Mass removal
• Endoscopic biopsy and exam of GI tract

Surgeries are scheduled at the discretion of our surgeons, only after an initial consultation/exam with a veterinarian at the SF SPCA Veterinary Hospital, even if your pet has been seen and diagnosed at another veterinary facility.
