Jeannette Goh, DVM

Staff Veterinarian and Director of Spay/Neuter Clinic

Dr. Goh was born and raised in Singapore. When she was 15, her family (dogs and all) left the equator for Calgary, Alberta. In 1997, she completed her BSc at the University of Calgary with a major in Zoology and a minor in English Literature. She spent an additional year working for the university veterinarian, and then moved to Boston to attend veterinary school. After she received her DVM from Tufts University in 2002, she worked at a busy private practice outside Providence, RI. While that was a ton of fun and a great learning experience, the dachshunds were getting weary of the snow that often came up to their bellies! In July 2004, she moved to San Francisco to join the SF SPCA.

Jean’s non work activities include travelling, napping, TV watching, volunteering at S/N clinics and indulging in the Bay Area’s excellent food. She is also a fan of elderly dogs and cats.
