Cocktails, catwalks and tattoos… this is a party you don’t want to miss!
The San Francisco SPCA invites you to the Fourth Annual Be Mine Cocktail Party and Adopt-a-thon. The weekend kicks off with cocktails 5pm – 9pm on Friday, February 6th, at the SF SPCA’s Mission Campus (201 Alabama Street). Enjoy a hosted cocktail bar and delicious vegan and vegetarian bites while meeting all of SF SPCA’s adoptable animals. Adoption fees will be waived this evening and throughout the weekend!
“Last year 81 cats and dogs found homes at our Be Mine celebration, and we’re hoping that even more animals go home to loving families this year,” said Jason Walthall, SF SPCA co-president. “These events are a wonderful opportunity to have a fun night out, support a great cause, and maybe even find your new best friend.”
Get a front row seat at the catwalk for the 7pm fashion show featuring Claire Farwell and Jill Milan. Many have seen designer Claire Farwell’s evening gowns floating down the red carpet in Hollywood. Farwell will be revealing her latest designs, which happen to be completely vegan. Luxury handbag designer Jill Milan, who counts actresses Jennifer Lawrence and Anne Hathaway as clients, will be showing her latest Italian made, cruelty-free purses. As for our four legged friends, they will be strutting their stuff in Scutte apparel for dogs!
The fun continues after the catwalk! Check out the latest bold and creative stylings by Dog ‘N Ties and San Francisco retailer Betabrand. Throughout the evening local favorites Sit Kitty Sit will provide the live soundtrack, and famed tattoo artist DannyBoy will on hand at his pop-up Let It Bleed tattoo parlor. Mark the occasion with body art by the best in the city!
If you can’t make it Friday night, the Be Mine Adopt-a-thon continues through the weekend. Adoption fees will be waived February 6th – 8th at the SF SPCA’s Mission Campus. Come fall in love with your very own little Valentine!
